Yes! If you're organising an event, you can submit it via the events page, click the + icon in the top left. Simply provide the necessary details, and once approved, your event will be featured on our site.

Currently, basic listings are free. As we grow the website and user base we will keep Hay Fringe as a free service. Once we feel users will benefit from a robust visitor base a small fee for events may be applied. Members of Hay Chamber of Commerce will receive have free access to use Hay Fringe and Membership is just £25 per year.

Yes! We love showcasing temporary and unique pop-up events happening in town. If you’re hosting one, be sure to list it on our platform.

Yes Absolutely, the events listed on Hay Fringe have the ability to be listed on a Map as well as calendar and card feature, so business/events in the surrounding areas, villages and towns are welcome to submit their events.

Yes Hay Fringe has the ability to showcase events/talks and livestreams, when you add your event to the site it will ask you if this is a physical or virtual event.

Yes! When you add your event, you will see the option to tick recurring event. You can make this daily, weekly, monthly, yearly or a custom time between events.

Events for new users need to be reviewed and approved for posting, this may take a day or two as Hay Fringe is a volunteer run project. For Businesses and Events that post regularly we can add you to an approved list and post will auto post upon submission.
